Hello any cyclists.

I'm about to start plannng a John O'Groats -> Land's End cycle trip for charity and I thought I'd as for any tips here. I am no cycist, the furthers I have cycled in one day being about 20 miles, and I hope to do the whole trip in 13 days.

So far, with my limited research I have found a great website

I'm not doing it until September, so plenty of time for some practise!
