'96 Expedition Prepared LandRover Discovery
 

This is to post advance notice that our beloved LandRover, Itchy, will be up for sale sometime after we get home (UK/France) in about June 2013.

She has proven to be a perfect overland vehicle for 2 people - we will have lived in her for over 3 years circumnavigating Africa.

In outline the overland spec is:

'Leisure' battery with split charger & inverter
50W solar panel mounted on the roof
Patriot aluminium roof rack
70l on board water tanks - pumped through filter to outside tap

Long range fuel tanks - 150 litres
OME shocks & suspension all round

What mileage and how much?

Hi,

- Her mileage is 198,000 miles.
- We have a full record of all the servicing & work we have done in the last 60,000 miles.
- Cam Belt changed about 6,000 miles ago (I have exact figures, but not to hand right now)

Unfortunately it's a bit too early for me to give you a price. When we get home we will want to spend some time to get her ready for sale, after which I will be able to give a price. This ad is simply to give any-one looking for a vehicle a heads-up.
