Where's it registered?

The car is registered in Windhuk/Namibia. As a foreigner you are allowed to have your own vehicle. You can go where you want in Africa, we travelled up to Tansania some years ago. Also it is possible to ship the car to south america from Walvis Bay.
Tax ist around 100€ per year. Insurance is included in the petrol price, but we have a third party insurance that cost us around 120€ per year. this insurance is covering a lot of countrys.
