wanted: 4x4 in South America in Oct/Nov 2017
We, family of four, are planning a drive in South America for 6 months and are looking at buying a 4x4 vehicle. We anticipate to start end Oct / Nov 2017 at (almost) any location in South America. We have Dutch, USA and Australian citizenships if that facilitates admin with changing ownership.
In terms of car specs: At least seating for four people; Diesel preferred over Petrol; diff lock(s) a must. Otherwise pretty flexible. Our previous travels have been in a Landrover Defender 110 (300 tdi) through Africa, and in a Toyota Landcruiser Prado (3400 petrol V6) through Australia.
