Please share Links to all the Bike travel Photos here
Hello All,
I love to see motorcycle travel photos and spending hours reading travelogues etc on HU! Was just wondering if we could compile together a single page with links to a lot of the Motor cycle travel photos.(in this Post please share the links to photos only, for travelogues of course we have the HU t-stories link) This would help a lot soem one like me who loves to stare for hours at Photos for hours together. Just share the link > and give a brief describtion of the area covered in the photos. This way we can look up photos depending upon area of interest. Thanks in advance for your support in this, Regards, S Hari Iyer For example: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/hari_iyer_s/my_photos Area > India > Maharashtra > Forts and some hill stations ------------------ Ride far, ride safe , ride often,,,... http://theroyalenfieldbullet.blogspot.com/ http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/hari_iyer_s/my_photos |

Winne,
I've got a Nikon D100 which I use mostly with a 17-35 f2.8 Sigma lens. I've also got a lightweight Manfrotto tripod which I really wondered wether or not to bring but it's been invaluable for those self timer shots! Matt |
Thanks Red Bull

The Triumph Motor cycle Rally > USA (Mainly the rally though) Graphite Triumph Rocket >> World's largest prodn motorcycle at 2300cc with a 140bhp output and 200Nm torque. The monster weighs 800 pounds but is very nimble once it gets rolling. The bike does 0-60mph(almost 100kph) in 3 seconds! Talk about acceleration, the feeling is more of sitting in a Catapult instead of a bike. The link opens an online album of Sidhu Daman , from the Inddithumpers(Bombay Bullet club). Good photographs of the rally and in general. |

Numerous years in the Alps and one Eastern Canada tour returning via the Trans Labrador Highway are on the link in my signature line.
Grant, the travel links has all the info, but it takes way too long to find anything. I'd sooner go for a spreadsheet that uses the two character country codes which I would do a search on and that comes up with all the links of interest. Just a thought. |

Man You work in IT in India and don't have a CAM??
Dude, un believable ,
High time for you to get a cam. That tooo seeing the rides that you do It would be a pity not to take photos. The last time I went on a smallish ride(Weekend ~250KMS) my friends kept shouting at me and then eventually waited for me at the end hotel as I stopped every 500 meters for a PIC. Sometimes i wonder wether I ride to take photos , or I take photos to remember the ride. :-) Quote:

Western China Pics and Video
Fairly comprehensive pics of some truly wild places from the Tibetan and Qinghai plateaus to the Taklamakan Desert, Silk Road, Ancient cities n' stuff. Some of the landscapes have never been photographed before.
All photos are coordinate geo-tagged and map browsable. It's a good site and will soon be rolled into Google Earth, if you have interest in geo-tagging your images, Panoramio is a great place to share them. Panoramio - Photos of Western China by Carl Parker Paz, CrazyCarl |
