slides-computer images?
Hi,
a couple of questions . 1.how longer is it safe/advisable to leave a slide film before getting it "developed"... 2. i assume you would get better results ,slide to computer than print to computer....how is this done? thanks |
1. This depends to a great extend on the way you store them and the weather conditions however I would develop them as soon as possible. You can develop them in the next big city and ask the lab to leave them a roll in the canister for easy storage.
2. You use a slides scanner. There are some dedicated units, which are usually the bet options, and there are slides scanners attachments units that attach to flat bed scanners. Just a note, if you have prints that you need to get quality scans from, scan the negative with a god slide scanner. The results will be much better then scanning the prints with a flat bed. Hope this helps. ------------------ A.B. OasisPhoto.com – Images from the Magical Sahara. ShortWheelbase.com – Jeep preparations. |
