VFR800F Brake Discs needed badly Zagreb
Hey There , everybody. First time poster here. I’m currently on a big trip around Europe on my motorcycle and have been having breaking issues for the past few days. I’ve had it diagnosed as basically knackered front brakes and I’m currently toying with the idea of limping back to the UK.
I’ve been recommended this site by a friend. Essentially, I am in Zagreb at the moment and Looking for some discs and somebody to fit them. Anyone got a local garage that they recommend or know anybody who might be able to source me some discs? Any help greatly appreciated TC |
Sorry Toby, I've got nothing at this time.
I understand https://renchlist.com/workshops/retro-bikes-croatia/ might be able to help, but I don't know them. |
https://www.motomike.eu/en/category/...vfr-800:74670/ Will ship the new brake disks and whatever parts to anywhere, including your hotel.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/ijrZbHaCbkB4ZPT38?g_st=ic Appears to have good ratings, and quite likely will be able to source the brake disks from a local supplier on the day. EDIT: but this is a relatively standard maintenance that any motorcycle repair shop should be able to do, doesn't need to be a Honda specialist. I would definitely not ride from Croatia to the UK with front brakes that I know to be fading. |
I’ve not been that way on for a long time
But here is a list of Honda service centres, they maybe able to help, phone numbers and addresses in the lis. https://honda.hr/motocikli/dealers/o...honda-servisi/ Wayne |
