BMW service - Austin, Tx
 

I couldn't recommend BMW Austin's attitude to customer service highly enough. We have been on the road for 11 months and my bike has had an ongoing problem for the past 6 months (which SE Asia and South America have been unable to fix) and even though Austin's booking schedules and our travel plans didn't coincide, Drew spent a lot of time investigating my problem, knowing I may not be able to get the work done in Austin.

So even though I didn't get my bike fixed or serviced there, Drew's helpfulness and attitude to customer service was fantastic.
