BMW Toronto was very helpfull in replacing a broken fuelcap of my 1150gsa even they are fully booked until july. Andrew, the chief mecanic said that when they can help travellers they allways try to find a moment to do it, even when they are 100% booked out.
So when you have problems and are in the vicinity, go there.
Another BMW dealer on my way from Halifax to Toronto was not interested.
