I recently found Colo (real name Marcelo Salinas) in Villa la Angostura, Argentina to replace the seals on my rear shock. Great guy and knowledgeable mechanic in a well equipped, little workshop underneath his house. He is on the corner of Colihue and Pascotto in a wooden house. There is a car rental place next door you can ask if in doubt. He's travelled a lot around Argentina and Chile, plus was a mechanic for a Dakar team in the past as well so I really recommend him.
