How is the biking scene in Gabon? Will it be possible to get 18 inch front and rear tyres there? Trail/knobbly (and/or tubeless)?

I'm also interested in the availability of spare tires and luggage in Gabon. I'm planning to buy a bike in Libreville. Will I be able to find some kind of luggage for it there as well?
