Best motorcycle travel story?
Hello,
Can you please tell me which travel story or stories you have found to be the most amazing or memorable? Thank you! Jon |
But there is so many!! But the best is always the ones you make yourself!
|
My current favourite is Robert Fulton's "One Man Caravan" - RTW by moto in the early 30's.
Great story, funny motivation, beautiful writing and humour as dry as a slice of Kingsmill toast. Photos and hand-drawn maps as well... |
'Running With The Moon' By Johny Bealby is a great book, well worth reading.
|
yes, Running with the Moon is the best travel story I read. Ted Simons book Jupiters Travels is a fantastic book about his rtw journey in the 70s.
