Tour du monde en side-car Ural - Around the world in a Ural sidecar
Pour me suivre : https://www.facebook.com/robby3wheels et https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwn...Trn3ScYu93EXZQ Hello everyone, A little message to let you know that I will start my Ural Ranger sidecar round-the-world tour in December 2021. Like Hubert Kriegel, I will attack with white and cold. I will leave Geneva for the North Cape / Norway, to then cross Russia from west to east, always in winter. I will tell my adventure by broadcasting videos, photos and messages. I look forward to seeing many of you on my 2 social networks. Don't forget to subscribe on my Youtube and my Facebook "Robby 3 Wheels". It will help me a lot to start my adventure. Welcome to HU Robby, and best of luck on your travels!
Be sure to post your story here too, not everyone is on Facebook! :) |
Thank you Grant. I will.

Hubert Kriegel is an inspiration, and has maybe my favourite travel website on the internet. His pictures from trips in Mongolia in winter are amazing and make me want to do a winter trip there - but with 4 wheels...
Looking forward to your posts of winter Russia. EO |
Salut, Hello !
It is refreshing to hear that travelers are planning to hit the road again. Keep us posted here ! Have you managed to get a Russian tourist or business visa ? Last I heard only people flying in were allowed. Hopefully things will change by the time you get to the border :-) I am also hoping to be able to head out east of France next spring and to resume my Pacific-bound ride cut short in Poland in March 2020. Fingers crossed ! I crossed Hubert's path climbing a foggy pass in South Africa one late afternoon in January 2014. I will never forget that day. Hubert and Jean-Louis on their Ural sidecars, I on my bicycle, all of us 3 Frenchmen who had lived a good chunk of their adult lives in NYC. We climbed Sani Pass the same day and then spent a few days riding together in Lesotho. Hubert was such fun to be around. I miss him. Bonne route et bon vent ! Levelo. |
Thank you

Indeed, Hubert's site made me travel a lot.
It will be difficult to get behind. But each one makes its way. Greetings |
