19 Days in Guatemala

Looking for some advice on travelling Guatemala for 19 days.
Mixed ability group hoping to do a tour of the country with plenty of off-roading. Not camping.

Bike recommendations: Hona Tornado 250cc or DRZ650?

Route suggestions?
