Around Vladivostok
 

Hi there,
Was anybody here able to get permit, or travel without permit throughout the coast south and north of Vladivostok.

South of Vladivostok specifically Khasanskiy region – Khasan, Lebedinoye, Tsukanovo (border area around China and North Korea) I am especially interested in entering the beach running between the border river (between North Korea and Russia) and Falshiviy island (cape)

North coast; specifically the area of Bolshoy Kamen, Fokino, Petrovka, Sukhodol, Dunay, Putyatin Island. Anybody got to the Island?
Any info on how to get there (I do not mean directions, I mean through the paperwork) would be appreciated (. According to the info on US consulate website these are restricted areas requiring permits.
