Canada to Mexico on dirt Can2Mex

I am planning a self supported trip with two friends from Canada to Mexico on dirt in September and was wondering if anyone had GPS tracks and suggestions that they could offer for this Journey. I would like to follow the the trail that Ramona Eichhorn & Herbert Schwarz did in the August 07 Road Runner magazine can2mex. I appreciate any and all info that you could provide.
