I've decided to take the job, it's as an international trainee in the oil industry ,so I will travel alot the next three years, and it pays significantly better than the other engineering jobs I could get here in Denmark. It's a once in a life time opertunity since they only hire freshly graduated students, and the trainee period doesn't go well with family life so it's best to go for it while I'm single :)
If I hadn't been offered this job, I would probably be going RTW, time will tell if I have taken the right choice...

Some points
 

You need another pass for the Israel. Othervise it cause problem. Israel doesn't give visa to separate paper nowadays, at least I tried twice and failed.

From Egypt you can take a boat to Jordan and ride up to Turkey.

From Marocco to Egypt, I guess you can't pass Marocco-Algeria border by land. Border is closed.
