Europe - Rwanda
 

I am planning to travel from southern Europe to Rwanda overland. However, both the security situation and the visa situation seems to be complicated in some countries along the way. Is there anyone that have a suggested route for this trip? Unfortunately, I will not have to much time.

Easiest way is to get to Egypt, either via Tunisia & Libya or else via Turkey, Syria, Jordan.

From Egypt, follow east coast down through Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and across into Rwanda. This is a fairly standard overland route and can be done without too many problems.

Only issues are Libyan and Sudanese visas, although there are many posts on this site as to how to get them.
