full europe sat-nav

Hello,
Can you please recommend a good sat-nav to cover all Europe including eastern and Greece. One that shows accomodations, campsites, places to see, may be one that even shows water park too?
etc.

Thank you

Have you looked at OSMAND Open Street Map app running on an android device. It's free and good.

I use maps.me on my iPhone (also open streetmaps). It uses gps, but no need for any other connection (no gsm is no problem). Found it to be very very good basically everywhere (All of Europe, Asia, Canada …) except for some minor roads in India.
You can mark/save/export/import gps points too.

Given that most of us have smart phones you have to go a long way to beat Google maps in my opinion. I've used it in remote areas much less developed than Europe to find what I needed. Having said that some of the "yellow roads" on the maps can be quite a surprise.

edit :

You can download quite big areas while you have a data connection via wifi and use offline as you travel. This was brilliant for a recent trip in Vietnam well off the tourist route.

Nothing beats the level of detail on google maps, that's for sure. The only problem may be getting (or paying for) the data connection to download them. Possibly if you're hoteling it you could download areas on their wifi and work offline thereafter.

If you're on Garmin you can use Free worldwide Garmin maps from OpenStreetMap for free maps of the world, good for navigating but possibly not as much detail as google.
