Garmin gmapsupp.img problem
 
Hi all,
I have just compiled a gmappsup.img file and placed it on a micro SD card for my garmin nuvi 1390. My problem is when I place the card into the GPS the gps freezes. Or if its in before i turn it on, it stays on the map loading page. Any ideas? The file is only 2GB and compiled from an OSM map source.

where have you put the file? In the root directory of the SD card?

I think it needs to be put into a directory called "Garmin" (with a capital G)
