GPS waypoints for INDIA, PAKISTAN, IRAN, TURKEY
 

hello
i´m looking for waypoints of the major cities and interesing places that are a must see along a trip from delhi to innsbruck (austria).
has anybody a collection of GPS waypoints beeing able to imported in garmin format?

I could send you a .gdb file for the route between New Delhi and Ludhiana, but it would be fairly unnecessary except to navigate in and out of Delhi. The rest (Delhi Ludhiana) is a straight road where you only have to follow the signs and keep moving. You really do not need a GPS for that.

Perhaps somebody else will be having points of tourist interest. May I suggest that you use wikimapia for the same? Simply transfer the co ordinates to your GPS, and you have a waypoint that you can to get within 100 metres of using a compass bearing.

There may be commercially available maps too (major cities), but they are not cheap.
