Help: 10-day on/off road in NV, AZ in Feb 07
 

A Polish freind of mine will be in Vegas on 24 Feb. '07. He would like to fly to the area about 10 days before to rent/ride. He is an experienced rider (Afica Twin - Ukraine, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, etc.). He prefers mountain/off-road riding and is interested in camping. I was stationed in Tuscon many, many moons ago and recommended the Grand Canyon (he has been there once before, by, car) and the Lake Havasu, Yuma, Barstow, Death Valley 'loop'; but it has been well over 20 years since I was in the area and don't know the local/insider hot tips/routes anymore. He has helped me tremendously with my travels here in eastern Europe and I would like to return the favour. p.s.
