The latest is, Booking a crossing on the 28 May out at 0800. return 18 June 16.00. Dover to Calais. Waiting now to see which one of P&O or Sea France is doing the cheapest crossing. I get the odd junk email from them both, So this time I'll keep my eye open of one that's doing a promotion booking.

I was seriously considering joining your merry band as I'm planning a very similar route over a 4 week period. Sadly due to work etc etc it looks like I'll be heading off 3-4 weeks after you. Look forward to the trip updates and all the best, i'll be in your dust............

Sounds like you've got a good trip planned there, hope everything goes well, i'm in the very early process of planning a 2/3 month european trip myself at the moment for mid 2012, only got a rough idea in my head of the route, was thinking of taking in mainly eastern europe then spending at least a couple of weeks in germany on way back to uk, time and money permitting of course. will look forward to reading your trip report in the forthcoming summer, i'm sure i'll pick up a few handy tips from you.

I'm taking a lap top with me this time. First time I've ever own one. Tech numpty is me. So let's see how I get on. I bet one of the people who are going will be better at using it then me. More or less to keep in contact with home. And load up picture's and film. I'll have to find some web space some place to up load what I have. Any way have a good trip, and may be our path's will cross.
