I guess some meaningfull points color trips and add excitements..
This is to find out the a right if not done before..

The highest motorable road of the world.
Is it Khardung La or X La?

One of my Turkish friends is in North India currently and has been told that its not Khardung La by local friends and Indian Government Officers.

So he did the X La also, after waiting 3-4 days for the special government permission...

According to what he has found out are:
1-Marcimik La (18.634-18953 feet) is higher then Khardung La (17.582-18.380 feet)..First heights detected ones,seconds officially declared..
2-In better condition
3-Is kept secret officially but permissions available after a waiting period.
4-Generally used for India military needs.

Your thoughts on this subject kindly requested.
