I use Google Chrome as my browser and it automatically translates, here's the blog: https://www.peterpanbike.fi/201804-i...20enfieldeilla

I've not yet read the blog but after reading about the bike elsewhere I have a lot of respect for someone who will do something as extreme as riding an Enfield Himalayan 15,000 km. ;)

I'm also interested in hearing an update. I am planning on going to India and buying a vehicle in September. I once had a company there (that is currently inactive) so I can easily buy a vehicle but it will be in the company's name. This probably means that I will need to limit my trip to India only. Not the end of the world but I would love to a) include Nepal and b) consider other countries if possible.

BTW, My plan is to buy a small car rather than an Enfield but I don't believe the process is any different.

thanks in advance

Once met a traveller in Turkey that was doing a trip on an Enfield from India to the UK. When I met him his bike had broken down and he was trying to fix it himself because the local mechanics were not able to help him. If I ever do a trip like that, I'll probably choose a japanese bike that is sold around the world. Would only do an Enfield if I was a pretty good mechanic
