We will be entering Iran from Turkey next year and leave via the Stans.
Does anyone have experience or a recommendation for a tour operator in Iran?
We will need some visa help as well as on the ground support including possibly a guide.
I have one so far which came up in a previous thread - Touran Zamin but not sure of standard of service, reputation and cost. I am sure there are others to consider!

In 2006, this tour agency did a great job for a group of American + Turkish
riders coming from and returning to Turkey:

Agency provided visa assistance, route planning, hotel bookings, fulltime English-speaking guide & driver over a 2 week in-country itinerary--as was & is required for US citizen tourists.

Agbucks, if you're a UK citizen, are you seeking an Iranian tour agency becuas you've been told that's now required by Iran govt for UK citizens, or simply because you'd prefer that level of assistance for Iran in-country travel ?

We are uk citizens but I seem to get conflicting reports on whether or not a guide is required when bringing your own vehicle into Iran and travelling on tourist visas.
