Kiev to Bishkek
 

Hi All, After many years of trying I am finally transiting China. Entry date is June 20th Torugart pass. I would love to take a few months getting there from U.K. but I do not have the time. So I need the quickest/easiest route Kiev to Bishkek. Having asked google maps it offers Saratov Uralsk Aktobe Aralsk Tureistan Taraz Bishkek. Is there anything wrong with this route and if I am happy to ride 7 hours a day any idea on an estimate of days?

Sounds like about the most direct, though certainly not the most interesting route. Any of the main roads radiating from Moscow can get quite busy in places, the M5 gets a lot of slow lorry traffic as it crosses the Urals, but the route you have posted avoids this.
