Lavrio to London Recommended Route
 

Hi

My bike is currently in Israel and I intend taking the ferry from Haifa to Lavrio.

I'd like some advice on the travel options for onward travel to London.

I've found a route of approximate 2000 miles from Lavrio and would like to hear from people who've completed this journey and any advice on do's and don'ts for the journey.

I intend travelling in the next couple if weeks and need to know what the weather is like this time of year and if any areas are likely to be problematic.

Welcome to the HUBB. Where is Lavrio? I googled it and had a few options. Presume it's the one near Athens in Greece. If you check on accuweather.com and enter major towns on your proposed route, it'll give you the forecast.

There are lots of mountains between Athens and London. Mountains + Winter in central and northern Europe = Snow and Ice = not fun and dangerous on a m/c.
