Morrocco in October ?

Hi

Is October a good month ( weather-wise ) to go to Morrocco :mchappy: from the UK ?

Cheers

we went to Morocco down through spain leaving mid Sept last year...7 days in spain mainly warm and dry, 1 day rain...Morocco hot and dry all week...but bit chilly when the fog rolled in on the east coast, but 3rd week travelling back went through Portugal which pissed down every day!

we were in Morocco end sept / beg Oct and weather was good for riding...cool breeze to cool you down when on bike, but hot when we stopped. Night times cooler, so take a jumper!

Hope it helped a bit?

Outside of Jul/Aug the weather is as unpredictable as elsewhere. One October I remember being in Foum Zguid in 43c heat, the next October it was just 6c in Midelt, and presumably worse at altitude, though we didn't bother!

So be prepared for extremes.
