Muscat (Oman) to Karachi

I am investigating alternate routes to get to Pakistan, as I might not be able to make it through Iran. Has anyone put their bike on a boat in Muscat (Oman) to Karachi? Or any other similar route? Going through Russia and the Stans seems a worse alternative.

There are two routes, one is to Karachi 9preferable) and other to Gawadar. You can put your bike on a boat or can bring it in aeroplane.
