Nepal to Iran in Winter
 

I will be arriving in Nepal just before Christmas. I am aware it will be cold... Any advice? Does the weather affect main roads? From Kathmandu I am headed through India, Pakistan & Iran to Turkey. No rush.

Also if anyone else wants to brave the weather drop me a line.
