Nepalese adventure
 
There is a possibility that I may end up in Nepal with time on my side.

Has anyone explored by bike, if so what type, are they available to buy?

All the answers you are after have been adress on these forums before - I suggest you you the search engine.
Most of the bikes available in Nepal are Japanese 125/150s, Enfield Bullets and also some old XR/XL's that are well past their use by date.

The homework you have to do beforehand will be worth it. Nepal is a great ride.
We did it on cruisers ( Honda Shadow 600's) so any type of bike will do the job.
