Riding from Peru to Brazil next February seek advice

Easy Question!
 

There is only one 'road' from Peru to Brazil. I rode it in 2007 when it was under construction. Now it is paved all the way with beautiful signage (for me this all ruined the road as I prefer dirt!).

It begins in Cuzco and goes southeast to Urcos, then east all the way past Puerto Maldonado and to Brazil at Asis. Incredible bridge, formal boder crossing, etc.

It will be a VERY long day from Cuzco to Puerto Maldonado so leave VERY early (or stay on the way in Tinka... I don't recommend any of the other towns), then the next ride will be Puerto Maldonado (first crossing the river by ferry) to Inapari, crossing the border to Brazil and all the way to Brasileia (across the river from Cobija, Bolivia) 110 km into Brazil.
