I am from India. I want to go to Europe by road. I am planning to go to Nepal from there to Lhasa then across China I want to enter either Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan (Almaty) from there I want to go to Russia and then proceed to Finland and down a circular route to Greece. Leaving India is becoming a problem because Pakistan may not allow me and there are problems with China so Please tell me which route to take.

You don't tell us your mode of transportation. If you're planning to go by public transport or by bicycle, the route you are planning should be no problem. My advice: Get all your visas before leaving India.
Now, if you are planning to go by motorcycle, the whole thing becomes complicated, for you'll need a carnet for the bike, and you'll have to go with an escort through Tibet and China. Russia will also want to know your exact itinerary with dates, and the CIS countries will also not be as easy as without your own vehicle. My advice is to contact the embassies of all the countries you plan to visit and get the last word.
