any one help ?? trying without any luck to find a good detailed map of the trails in the pyrenees mountains . or can anyone suggest a route through the mountains or even a good start point ?? i am a 50 something bloke looking for a trail riding camping adventure before i seize up completely !!!

The Michelin paper maps show pretty much all the rideable trails.

You can find some nice trails by using Wikiloc - GPS trails and waypoints of the World
just type in the area and type of trail you want etc
