Road from Puerto Maldonado to Cuzco

Hoping somebody can tell me if the road from Puerto Maldonado to Cuzco is possible to do in late January, early February. I have seen conflicting reports on the feasibility of doing this 2up on a large bike (1100GS) at this time of year.
