The border Niger Chad and Sudan
 

Does any one know if it is at all possible to go from west Africa to Sudan via Niger Chad and Sudan?

Trying to plan a trip 2011 Nov and I want to go the west side down and my friend the east so this would be a compromise and plus we want to miss Egypt

Or how about Central African Republic to Sudan?
