Turkey Fall 2012 - reliable bike rental
I'm planning a Fall 2012 trip to Turkey with a buddy of mine. We need to rent 2 bikes, e.g. VStrom 650, for a 3-week trip. Can anyone recommend a reliable rental outfit in either Istanbul or Kulawesi? While price is a consideration, getting good service and bikes is most important.

For rent a bike opportunity, there is only 1 company in Turkey (Except official BMW tours) and that is in Kemer Antalya active since many years.
Say a big hello to Aslan or Nevzat from İstanbul Bikers Club but as far as I know, V-strom is not available in Turkey to rent..Anyway here is the link to bikes and prices. Moto Aslanko We also highly recommend make the written agreement with all details wherever you hire a bike. Best Wishes |

Don't know "Kulawesi" and can't find it on a Turkey map, so don't know where you want to ride, but these folks, Bike-Turkey.com - Bike Rental rent BMW 12GS, 8GS, & F650GS from Gocek, on the SW coast, 1/2 hr transfer from Dalaman airport, & 1 hr. connecting flight from IST airport. From experience, you'll get good service & bikes, if that starting location fits your ride itinerary. |
