I'll be travelling around 22-27 april from Uyuni Salar. Any news about the road, any suggestions in regards a road from Bolivia to Arequipa?
I'll go on the one-way, passing challapata and oruro, so the back-way i'd rather take another road (not considering the chilean region) back to Peru.

Also, i'd apreciate info related for another boundary crossing between Peru and Bolivia with out considering Desaguadero or Tikina in the Titicaca lake.
I've seen roads on the northern part of the lake (places such as Moho Conima) but i'm not sure if the road continues to Pto. Acosta, in the bolivian side.
