West Coast USA weather in January
 

I'm looking for some insight into the weather of the west coast in January. I'll be leaving Vancouver and heading down the west coast into Mexico for CA & SA.

Any advice for Washington, Oregon, California? I'm not expecting to go to the beach, but I'd like to know what to expect in terms of rain, snow, and wind.
