My girlfriend and I are cruising the Balkans as we speak; just arrived in Turkey with our Transalps by autotrain yesterday and currently in Northern Greece. We have three weeks to get to Vienna for the autotrain back home :)

Thanks for your story, a lot of great tips! Having done the journey last year, do you have some recommendations or things you would have done differentlu in hindsight? We're going to exactly the same countries as you did. Would love to hear!
