Colin AKA Captain_Slash has over 1000 threads (offroad) all over North Thailand with GPX/KML tracks.

2. bsacbob

Bob AKA bsacbob has many great ride reports all over North Thailand and Laos.

Both very nice guys and between these 2 people I can't think of anyone who has more knowledge about what you are looking for anywhere on the web.
