Border Cambodia --> Laos
 

I have a Cambodian bike and would like to cross into Laos from Cambodia. Does anyone know if that's possible and what paperwork is needed?

Heard the other way (from Laos into Cambodia) is supposed to be more difficult, so hope the way I'm going will be a bit easier...

This is probably too late to be any help to you, but for anybody else researching ...

I travelled Vietnam --> Cambodia --> Laos --> Vietnam on a rented Vietnamese bike.

The only paperwork I needed was the original registration card and a letter from the owner confirming that I was allowed to take it across the border. Actually, I don't recall anybody ever looked at the letter, but best to have it anyway, if you are renting.

Your crossing should be a lot simpler than mine? So there's a very good chance you will get through OK.
