Crossing Myanmar from India to Thailand - May 2015
Hello everyone!
This is Jorge from Spain. I am travelling by motorcycle around India and want to cross Myanmar to Thailand. My indian tourist visa is expiring in 3 weeks, I know is a little bit late, but I am looking for any group crossing Myanmar this month of May 2015, or creating a new one if there is someone interested travelling in India by now. Will appreciate any comment. My email address: jorge.irun.13@gmail.com Indian tel. no: 7678015482 Facebook page: 2days market Thank you!!! |
Contact UFO in Moreh at sanja heibam (at) gmail dot com he lives there and can help you fix things. Around the corner is the local bike club so in case you need something fixed it's good too. Also, he'll let you stay for free and feed you.
I've spend a few days and it was good. The downside? A cold shower at 6 or no breakfast! Toddler Alex |
Thanks!
I am contacting him right now! |

I am now planing my trip across Asia and my route includes India-Burma-Thailand overland as well. A lot of forums and blogs got me a bit confused, as some say it is possible while the others do not agree. If you have any information about those boarder crossings right now and/or if you know the solutions, I would love to receive the help! Thanks in Advance Ana :mchappy: |

The pinned post in the Facebook-group I advised you about two weeks ago should have it all when it comes to information about the new rules and regulations for overlanding Thailand in a foreign vehicle. |
