I have to collect my side car in Malaysia. I need to find insurance but I can't find a company that insures 1100 cc. Does anyone have a good plan?

You could try Etiqa as they are a big and reputable insurance provider in Malaysia.

They also have offices in various cities so you could drop by and speak to someone or alternatively use the laptop and chat with an agent online.
