Motorbike Vietnam onward travel options?
 

Hi Guys, first post, my girlfriend and I have just bought a motorbike in Vietnam to do south-north and we were wondering what the options are in terms of driving into other countries, from what i have seen China doesn't seem too possible however if it is i would like to know?

Cambodia and Loas from other posts seem possible but Thailand seems to be the land of the unknown? If anyone can shed some light on this it would be massively appreciated, maybe even moving all the way to Burma/Nepal/India?

Any help is appreciated so thank you very much!

I'm keen to hear any info as my wife and I are doing similar in January.

How did purchasing the bike go, did you buy in HCMC?

I am also keen to see how you get on and any info. Planning a solo trip to Vietnam and thinking of doing similar though north-south and then into Cambodia and onwards. Have a mad notion to overland back to Ireland
