Shipping from Singapore - Darwin/Perth
 

Hey,

My friend and I have just ridden overland from England to Singapore.

We are looking at shipping from Singapore to either Darwin or Perth.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Contacts or info would be greatly appreciated.. They are Aus registered vehicles so we don't have that hassle with Aus customs.

Will be trying to find a motorcycle dealer with old crates as well.

Also if anyone wants any information on Iran/Pakistan etc feel free to contact. They were without a doubt the best places of our trip.

hi luke - did you try anl already? they should be able to offer you a half container for two bikes at a decent price, no crating necessary.

He should try them. Its the same company and the same ship that do the shipping from Dili. The ship goes from Darwin to Dili, then to Singapore and then finally return to Darwin. And they have done many shippings.

But in my case (shipped from Dili) they was rather slow answering e-mails.

ANL ship from Singapore to Darwin, no crate required, make sure you buy your own quality tie downs as well. Don't put you're steering lock on! Makes it a nightmare for the blokes getting the bikes out of the container! When and if you blokes get to Darwin, get in touch, I might be able to accommodate, if not there's 5 acres of tent space! bier
