How many places have you found where the hotel owner will greet a soaking wet biker by holding their hands in hers to warm them?!

3*, friendly, nice rooms, fantastic breakfast. Restaurant next door too. No official secure parking, but I doubt there's any real risk parking outside. They have a sort of courtyard you might be able to use if really worried.
