Elbasan - Albania - Hostel
 

Hi,
I can recommend the Hostel "Edlido" in Elbasan. It is 200m away from the main Boulevard. I paid 10 Euros per night for a single room with shared bathroom. Moreover you get a quite good breakfast. 8€ without breakfast.
Rooms are clean and you can Park your bike in their cellar.
