Emirates Tour ride Jabel Hafeet & dive Dibba
 

Since my Ducati is in storage in Brusells, I did an RnR out of Iraq (3/2014) and rented a BMW KT1200 in Dubai for a tour around the UAE - Prestige Rentals & Tours in Dubai, Serge, good guy and will work with you. Rode Jabel Hafeet, described as one of the top 10 roads of the world - nice ride, also managed to ride through the oasis at Al Ain (no riding allowed) but the guard was cool and let us ride it (will post video) but one of the best deals we found was when we went up to the North East corner to dive Dibba Rock, North of Fujairah - a place called Alia Suites, Al Akamiya, Main St. Dibba Fujairah UAE; 250 AED/night ($68 US) for a two bedroom/two bath apartment - nice, clean, wifi (free), great deal for the Emirates. There is a hole in the wall at the Royal Beach that sells alcohol and the diving is great. BTW, the BMW was impressive.
UAE roads are great, very fast traffic outside of urban areas - a great get-a-way for me. Got two tickets in Abu Dhabi:p
